Hunter’s Hope was established in 1997 by Jim Kelly and his wife Jill, after their infant son, Hunter (2/14/97—8/5/05) was diagnosed with Krabbe Leukodystrophy, an inherited fatal nervous system disease. When the Kellys welcomed their only son, Hunter, into the world on February 14, 1997— Valentine’s Day and Jim’s birthday— they knew he was destined for something extraordinary. Hunter's Hope is committed to giving hope through education and awareness, research, and family care for Leukodystrophies and Newborn Screening.

It may come as no surprise, but given the current and expected impact of COVID-19, and now with the developments regarding Kawasaki disease we’ve made the difficult, but necessary, decision to cancel our Jim Kelly Football Camp for this summer.
We recognize that this decision is disappointing, but our top priority is the safety and well-being of everyone who attends our camp.
Because of this cancellation, we will be refunding accounts that had a down/full payment made within the next 4-6 weeks. This refund will go back on the original form of payment that was used. All payment plans will be cancelled and accounts will not be charged on the original final payment date of June 1st.
We are looking forward to having camp back in 2021, please keep an eye on our website and social media platforms in early fall for more information regarding next year’s event and remember to follow us on Facebook @JimKellyFootballCamp.
Please stay safe and healthy during these trying times.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our camp director at: firstname.lastname@example.org or (716) 204-0900.
